Complex buildings.
Limited resources.
Significant responsibilities.
Some of our most important and complex community buildings are cared for by volunteers. Even experienced, committed committees benefit from better tools.
From a leaking gutter to a conservation project, there are inspections, professional advisers, permissions, quotations and grants to coordinate. FaithSpaces aims to make those responsibilities easier to organise.

Your church’s records are digital.
But are they really together?
Once, the filing cabinet held the building’s story. Today it can be scattered across personal emails, shared drives, phones and paper files.
When people move on, more than documents can disappear: the reasons for a repair, the history of a decision or the conditions attached to a grant.
FaithSpaces is being designed to connect documents, advice, inspections and expenditure to the building, asset, issue or project they belong to. A lasting record that belongs to the church.
One connected building record
Building → Asset → Issue → Project- Inspection & maintenance history
- Documents & decision records
- Costs & grant conditions
Make the cloud work for your church, not against it.
Everything in its place.
One connected framework for the buildings, work, responsibilities and records that matter. Designed around church building practice.

Work more effectively with architects, surveyors and contractors. FaithSpaces supports your responsibilities as a client; it does not replace professional expertise.

And your budget.
Every pound matters. Better information helps churches manage existing expenditure more effectively—not just add another administrative expense.
Better procurement
Keep specifications, quotations, appointments and decisions together.
Clearer budgets
Follow approved budgets, commitments, invoices and remaining funds.
Organised grants
Connect grants, donations and restricted funding to each project.
Informed decisions
Give committees a current view and retain advice rather than recreating it.
Know your building.
Understand its history.
Roofs, boilers, electrical systems, clocks, bells and historic features each have their own care requirements.
FaithSpaces is being designed to connect each asset to servicing, inspections, photographs, outstanding repairs and associated projects—not simply add another list.

People move on.
Knowledge shouldn’t.
Churchwardens, treasurers and committees change. The history of repairs, advice, decisions and expenditure should remain. FaithSpaces aims to keep that knowledge accessible to those who take responsibility next.
Good stewardship should be something you can hand on.
Built from experience.
Designed for churches.
FaithSpaces is being developed from firsthand experience of church buildings, maintenance programmes, conservation projects and grant-funded works.
We’ve coordinated professional advice, permissions, contractor quotations and competing budgets across changing volunteer teams. We understand the challenge because we’ve been responsible for managing it.
The guidance is already there. We’re building the tools to help you act on it.
Good advice is most valuable when it becomes good practice. FaithSpaces aims to turn guidance from dioceses, conservation organisations and professional advisers into organised actions and lasting records.
